Bush Dance with Numguts at Stirk Park Kalamunda 29 March 2009 Single Tix $5 Family Tix $15

Bush Dances have been an Australian celebration since - well ages - !

Perth used to have regular Bush Dances at Whiteman Park, but not since 2006

Zig Zag Community Arts is bringing the tradition back - and doing it in Kalamunda

In Stirk Park on Sunday 29 March a family evening

The bands know all the classic Bush Band tunes: Numguts is one of WA's premier bush bands and Black Chook Chutney was preparing for 2 months.

The evening was a fund-raiser for the Madjitil Moorna Choir Halls Creek Project - you can read more about the project on their new website

Thanks to Kalamunda ABC Shop for selling tickets in advance and to the people who bought them at the gate, there were over 200 sold
