Music Sessions at Zig Zag Community Arts
If you once learnt a musical instrument,
but you haven't played for ages
Or you just haven't played with other people
Then this could be your chance to try.
Dust-off those old musical instruments
and bring them along to learn some new session tunes:
World, Celtic,
French, Italian, Russian, Hungarian, American,
Australian, Klezmer and other European folkdance tunes.

$5.00 per night
(surplus proceeds go towards Zig Zag Festival)

- Sheet music will be available for all tunes taught
- and teaching will be by the traditional “phrase by phrase” (aural) method
- Chords will be included for the guitarists / strummed instruments
- CD recordings of the previous week's session will be available to help you practise
