Music Sessions at Zig Zag Community Arts

If you've ever learnt a musical instrument,
but haven't played for ages
Or you just haven't played with other people
Then this could be your chance to try.

Dust-off those old musical instruments and bring them along to learn some new session tunes:
World, Celtic, French, Russian, Hungarian,
Klezmer and other European folkdance tunes


Where:
Headingly Road House,
11 Headingly Road, Kalamunda  (next to stirk park)
around a nice cozy fire


When:
Wednesday nights
7.30 to 9.00pm
starting July 23rd


Cost:
$5.00 per night
(all proceeds go towards Zig Zag Festival 2008)
includes tea/coffee


Sheet music will be available for all tunes taught
and teaching will be by the traditional “phrase by phrase” (aural) method
Chords will be included for the guitarists / strummed instruments
